Refund Policy

Effective date: April 1, 2026

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility — 30-Day Window

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:

(a) Be unused, uninstalled, and in their original, unaltered condition.

(b) Be in the original manufacturer packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.

(c) Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

• Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accident, or modification.

• Custom-cut or special-order items specifically ordered for a customer.

• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product listing.

• Electrical components that have been powered or connected.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, contact us within 7 business days of delivery at returns@protyparts.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will, at our discretion, provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

4. Return Process

Step 1: Email returns@protyparts.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

Step 2: We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days if eligible.

Step 3: Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and approval of the return. We reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will not be issued for: return shipping costs incurred by the customer (except where the return is due to our error or a defective item), items returned without an RMA number, and items that arrive damaged due to improper return packaging.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item (different size or specification) subject to availability. If the replacement item costs more, the difference will be charged. Contact returns@protyparts.com to initiate an exchange.

7. Fleet and Bulk Orders

Orders of 10 or more units of a single SKU are subject to a 15% restocking fee on returns, unless the items are defective or incorrect. Fleet orders returned more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any returned product is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for that product. We are not liable for any labor, installation, or consequential costs arising from the use or installation of our products.
