Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (e.g., promotions, end of quarter), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment. Available for all orders.
Expedited Shipping (2-Day): 2 business days after shipment. Available for most items and locations.
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after shipment. Available for in-stock items only. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping
Free standard ground shipping is available on orders of $450 or more (before taxes, after discounts) shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations do not qualify for free shipping.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for oversized or heavy items. Any such adjustment will be communicated to you before shipment.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selected at our discretion based on size, weight, destination, and service level. We do not guarantee shipment with a specific carrier.
6. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at orders@protyparts.com. We will attempt to correct it before shipment but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Photograph the damage and contact us at orders@protyparts.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first and then contact us within 5 business days. We will assist with the investigation but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier to the correct address.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. International shipping, including Canada, is not available at this time. This policy may change without notice.
10. Freight Shipments
Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping. Freight shipments are arranged separately, and lead times may be longer. Contact us for a freight quote before placing a large order.
